Orientation Meeting for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Held

An orientation meeting was organized in our department for newly enrolled students of the 2025-2026 academic year. The meeting was attended by the department chair, vice-chair, first-year academic advisor, faculty members, and the department coordinator.

During the orientation, comprehensive information was provided to the students about the structure of our university, library resources, faculty and departmental activities, and the academic staff. Additionally, detailed briefings were given on the undergraduate education regulations, double major and minor programs, student exchange programs, as well as contemporary Turkish dialects and literatures in both academic and professional contexts.

This event, aimed at providing our new students with a strong foundation for their academic journey, represents a significant component of our department’s vision to enhance educational quality and strengthen student support services.
